Client Services Co-Pilot

A starter plugin for solo consultants who keep losing time to follow-ups, meeting prep, and slipped touches across multiple clients.

What's inside

Client Pulse. Surfaces clients who are owed a touch, threads that have gone cold, and clients overdue for a status update; drafts the follow-up for each so you just review and send.

Meeting Prep. Produces a one-pager brief for a specific upcoming client meeting, pulling recent mail, calendar, doc, and project activity into a single page you can skim on the way to the call.

What you need

The plugin is connector-agnostic. It refers to four tool categories as ~~mail, ~~calendar, ~~docs, and ~~project tracker. Install whatever fits your stack in each category. See CONNECTORS.md for the mapping and graceful-degradation behavior.

Quick start

  1. Install the plugin.
  2. Make sure you have at least a mail connector installed. A project-tracker connector unlocks the full Client Pulse experience; a calendar connector unlocks auto-detection of your next meeting for Meeting Prep.
  3. Try: "client pulse" or "prep me for my next client meeting."

Roadmap

Planned for v0.2:

Client Dashboard. Switchable per-client view of in-flight deliverables, next actions, and last-touched dates.

Time & Invoice. Lightweight per-client time logging plus an invoice-cadence watcher.

Scope-creep watching is parked for now; if there's demand it can come in v0.3.
